You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping on this site or placing an order on this site and for no other purpose. No materials, from this site, may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
We accept cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Foreue reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 1:00PM, or by the next business day. There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.
We ship to the US and Canada. We use USPS, DHS and UPS. Flat Rate Shipping applies to Canadian shipments. We ship on weekdays only -- Monday thru Friday.
Free Shipping applies to FAB Subscription Box Shipments and to Auto-ship Single Product Shipments. Free shipping is not offered for One -Time product sales.
Selecting Auto-ship (re-occuring) means you wish to receive recurring delivery of a product. You'll automatically receive the single products at a quantity and frequency of your choice, every 30, 60, or 90 days). These automatic deliveries will be billed to your credit card on the day of each scheduled shipment.
We will gladly exchange or replace products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Florida. For orders shipped to other states, the customer is solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Subscription Product Sizes
Deluxe minis and standard samples offered may differ from those depicted on the Foreue webpage and are subject to change at any time. Please contact customer service at email@example.com with any additional questions.
Once shipped, please allow 5 business days for your order to arrive with standard shipping.
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses will be shipped with USPS and may take up to 10 business days to arrive.
Electronic Gift Cards
eGift Cards (referred to as electronic gift cards, electronic gift certificates or eGift certificates) can be redeemed only online at Foreue.com. Recipients of eGift Cards must have e-mail and access to the Internet in order to receive and redeem their online eGift Card.
Promotional offers and discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of eGift Cards. The value of eGift Card purchases are not used to determine promotional thresholds. Free gifts, specials, deluxe samples are not valid when purchasing an eGift Card. The use of eGift Cards is subject to these Terms and Conditions and applicable law. eGift Cards may only be used to purchase merchandise on the foreusite web and cannot be used to purchase other eGift Cards. Foreue will not honor eGift Cards sold by any other vendor or person other than Foreue.
Purchased online eGift cards will be automatically sent within 24 hours, including instructions for use. The code should be entered onto the Payment Information page during the checkout process. If the amount of the order exceeds the amount of the eGift Card, the recipient will need to use a credit card to pay for the balance of the order. If any online store credit is available to the recipient, then the store credit will automatically be applied first. Except as required by law, eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash. eGift Cards purchased by our customers do not expire and are not subject to any fees or charges.
If we issue promotional eGift Cards or coupon codes in the future as a benefit to the members of our loyalty program, or otherwise, those promotional eGift Cards or coupon codes may be subject to an expiration date.
You can use one eGift Card towards the purchase of your order. Redemption of multiple eGift Cards for one order is not available at this time.
eGift Cards that have already been sent but have not yet been redeemed can be returned to the original purchaser's credit card. The eGift Card is automatically cancelled upon the return. Please note that we cannot recall an eGift Card e-mail after it has been sent. If the merchandise purchased with an eGift Card is returned, an online store credit will be issued to the gift recipient for the full amount of the merchandise return. Foreue does not offer exchanges or cash refunds for eGift Card purchases. Foreue reserves the right to close your account or require an alternative form of payment if a fraudulently obtained eGift Card is presented for redemption.
Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so some variation from batch to batch is normal (slight changes in color for example). This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy and are safe to use for the duration of their 12-month shelf-life.
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) please contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we are able to assist you and resolve the issue.
We will happily replace any damaged items, however photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. With photographic proof, we can process your replacement immediately. We are not able to refund items that arrive damaged.
Order Cancelation/ Address Changes
We at Foreue work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed, including address changes.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase.
We offer returns within 30 days of purchase back to your original form of payment. To return, please pack the items safely back into the original packaging (if possible). Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost will be returned back to your original form of payment. The returned item must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. If the product does not meet the return requirements, store credit will be issued instead. We are unable to offer exchanges or returns of partial sets at this time.
Once the returned item(s) is received at our facility, please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed. We will notify you by email once we receive the package.
Please note: We are not able to refund original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier.
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Foreue signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time
